it has been in singapore since 1996 till now.
and in fact, we are gog very strong.

walton international is a Canadian company MNC doing landbanking.
landbanking is something like what URA in singapore does.
we spend 2-4 yrs time to study from 100cities all the way, to select 1 city to invest in.

walton will then buy 100% by cash for this land called AG (agriculture grd) from the farmers.
after which, we will HOLD and WAIT.

only when the cities start developing and expanding and govt showed interest in developing our walton's land, at that time, there would already be a govt masterplan over our land :)
THEN, walton will syndicate 90% of the land to the investors WORLDWIDE.

by hook or by crook, walton will always have 10% of land for ourself irregardless of the demand! YAY!

hence, our team and experts over in calgary will then do the concept planning, or another term called urban planning, to this pc of land.
once the concept planning is done and approved by govt, we will then sell it to developers, ENBLOC 60%:40% voting by al investors.

the average Audited ROR for these 28yrs has been 25.8% compounded PA.
walton has been around for 28yrs in the market, 11yrs in spore.
we have very strong proven track record, never failed to exit from any projs in these 28yrs.
the canadians in canada are allowed by the govt to invest using their CPF, that is how strong walton is back in canada.

bought a total of 15 reali nice gifts :)
for my dearest operators as well as bosses and colleagues.
though, spent quite a lot, but i am happy giving.

i guess giving has never been a diff task for me
more of receiving.
i can only give, but i cant receive.

bought a little bday present for huiyi (shift engr) as well as hong yan.
i guess, buying pressie for hongyan reali warmed my heart, when i received those MMS.
haha, that little girl....is reali so dear to me.

i thank God, i got a chance to tok to hongyan much much more these few night shift days.
i bought a little chinese bible for li see for her adv birthday in aug, cos i tot, after i quitted, chances to meet up will be rare.
esp both of us belongs to the passive type.
we often keep everything to ourselves, and never take the intiative.

but i thank God, he granted me strength and courage, to first choose to love.
to make myself vulnerable to these little frds out there.whether, i get rejected or not, i do not care.
cos i only want to love.

i do hope the frdships i have planted in ST will continue to grow....in the Lord's hands.

though Hongyan and Anping are gog to leave for china soon...SIGH....but of cos i hope the best for them all.

landbanking career has been amazing.
met up with so many interesting ppl.
and sharing and impacting lives and helping them to make a diff in their lives reali warmed me.
knowing how i can use my job to help them to create wealth in the most sensible and safe and rewarding way, reali makes me feel satisfied.
whether or not, they get to appreciate this investment program oppt, i still thank God.
cos just like what my cousin Joey mentioned.
every little person we shared, is like a star fish being taken and thrown into the sea.
each lives is impt to us.
cos we hope to make a diff in their lives.
not jus solely involved in the rat race earning money.
but to see a greater oppt, to gain freedom.
time, financial and personal freedom.

i thank God, that i am no longer as fearful in this industry.
cos i know if i fail, i fail.
but most impt, i just wanan relax in God's will for me.
i will just do my very best.
worked hard, improved myself, continue to impact many many lives out there.
to touch lives, to minister to ppl, to bring to Christ.
and i believe, god will bless.
cos he is a faithful God.

"Anti-social" tagged by most people if you judge me by the first impression =) i graduated in NUS as a mechanical engineer. i tried working in STMicroelectronics as a process engineer. but found that this is somethg that i dun reali enjoy. because i know God has created me differently. He has made me with a passion to be with ppl. He has gave me a gift to make frds and minister to ppl. He has gave me a unique ability to make sincere relationship. bcos Christ reigns in me. so after becoming a engineer for a while, i quited and i am currently working in Walton international Grp(S) PTE LTD as a landbanker now. it's a career that i reali enjoy bcos i get to meet all walks of ppl in my life. i get to help ppl to better invest in a correct way. to analyse together with my cients the oppt and not jus to do hard selling. cos i dun believe in that. i like to share.
